We're seeking a Programme Manager to lead a regulatory risk and control initiative aimed at enhancing Payments Controls across Markets Operations. You'll drive cross-functional working groups, produce high-quality communications, and engage with senior stakeholders and regulators. The role involves analysing risks, documenting business requirements, and ensuring robust change risk management.

Hybrid working - 3 day a week in London Based

Duration - initial 6 months

Rate - up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella

Key Responsibilities

Manage technology programmes and multiple teams (5-6).
Lead workshops and drive stakeholder engagement.
Oversee technology implementation and UAT.
Draft business requirements and support functional design.
Ensure regulatory, audit, and risk commitments are met.
Use Jira and Confluence for governance and tracking.Essential Skills

Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving.
Familiarity with controls and risk frameworks.
Experience in payments (ideal) or technology implementation.
Knowledge of operations risk and technology hybrid environments.
