Transport Administrator

We are looking for a confident and proactive Transport Administrator to join our client's busy team. This is an immediate start position, offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

Location: Carlisle, Cumbria

Shifts Available:

14:00 - 22:30 (Monday - Friday)
18:00 - 02:30 (Monday - Friday)Pay Rates:

First 12 weeks: £12.60 per hour
After 12 weeks: £14.32 per hour

You will be responsible for:

Handling incoming calls and passing on accurate messages
Managing emails through the night and ensuring timely responses
Inputting data accurately into the system
Assisting with departures and ensuring information is transferred correctly
Supporting drivers with queries and updates
Reacting quickly to changes and providing efficient administrative supportThe Ideal Candidate:

Previous transport administration experience (preferred)
Computer literate with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, both by phone and email
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and reactive environment
