Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Lancing (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £31,716 per annum (Band E, Level 3)
Hours: 35 hours per week

About the role
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team, helping us optimise stock and boost sales across multiple channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced retail environment, where your insights will directly influence key business decisions.
As our Supply Chain Analyst, Key responsibilities are:
Manage stock levels and product availability across our channels
Analyse sales data and prepare weekly performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams (Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing)
Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
Support and manage the development of a Supply Chain Assistant
What we are looking for in our Supply Chain Analyst:
Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
Experience in stock planning, supply chain, or merchandising
Effective communication and the ability to work cross-functionally
A positive, proactive mindset and a desire to drive improvements
