What you'll get to do:

* Support the sites in delivering building services planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

* Maintain, service, fault find, and test commercial gas and heating systems

* Provide technical guidance on processes, procedures, statutory regulations, approved codes of practice, and HTMs

* Deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers

* Work with and support the projects/construction team and technical services supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works

What we're looking for:

* Current in-date domestic and commercial gas certification (essential)

* Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment

* Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
