Industrial Health & Safety Manager
£60,000 + benefits

We are working with a global leader in sustainable facilities management and technical services, who're looking for an experienced Industrial Safety Manager to lead and embed our safety, environmental, and quality strategy at a Nuclear site. You will be a key member of the Station Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping a world-class SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement the UKBU Safety Strategy at station level in collaboration with the Industrial Safety Director.
Lead development and delivery of long-term SHEQ roadmaps, initiatives, and site-wide safety campaigns.
Champion safety culture through visibility, leadership, coaching, and influence across operational and client teams.
Drive ISO standard compliance (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001) through audits, inspections, and internal engagement.
What We’re Looking For:

NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) with a development plan to achieve Diploma level.
ISO9001 & ISO14001 Internal Auditor Training.
Working knowledge of UK/EU safety and environmental legislation.
Proven experience in applying H&S principles in high-risk sectors (e.g., engineering, construction, industrial, waste, logistics).
