Role Overview:
The Governors of Keyham Barton Catholic Primary School are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and inspiring teacher to lead a mixed Year 3/4 class. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to high standards and inclusive learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for a mixed Year 3/4 class
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil development
Collaborate with staff, parents, and governors to enhance pupil outcomes
Contribute to school-wide initiatives that raise standards and support whole-child development
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
Experience in primary education is desirable but not essential
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to the school’s Catholic ethos
A reflective practitioner dedicated to ongoing improvement
Resilient, dynamic, and a strong team player
