Overview

We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Executive to support a growing healthcare group in expanding its digital presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, enjoys being on camera, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule content for multiple Instagram accounts
Create, post, and manage content across TikTok and Facebook
Film, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Appear in video content across several accounts
Capture and create content across various sites in the Surrey area
Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across social media channels and website
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
Monitor analytics to optimise engagement and performance
Collaborate with on-site teams to showcase services, offers, and customer journeys

Requirements

Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts
Strong understanding of short-form video trends and digital marketing techniques
Confident appearing on camera
Experience with interviewing, podcast-style content, or similar formats
Skilled in filming and editing content
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required across Surrey locations)
Experience in healthcare-related content is beneficial but not essential
