Manage and monitor the shared customer service inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Handle customer complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, maintaining our high standards of service at all times.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions to support continuous improvement
