Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing organisation based in Colnbrook, is expanding their finance team and is looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Assistant to support their continued success. ? What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and processing regular payment runs with accuracy and efficiency
Working closely with stations and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies
Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring accounts are always up to date
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices with strong attention to detail
Monitoring and managing supplier credit terms
Recording and allocating incoming payments
Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties as required✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential: Proven Accounts Payable experience within the freight forwarding industry, Cargowise
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment⚠️ Please note: Candidates without freight forwarding Accounts Payable experience will not be considered.
