We need someone who:

Can run planned maintenance independently and take charge of small projects.
Has solid mechanical skills (electrical knowledge is ideal - training available if needed).
Sees problems and fixes them quickly and effectively.
Thrives on variety - balancing planned work, small projects, and reactive maintenance when needed.
Works confidently alone but communicates clearly with the team when required.
