We are recruiting for Maintenance Operative in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Salary: £13.03ph - 40 hours weekly 
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Duties:

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
Repair and replace a range of equipment within a busy office building.
Assist with mechanical repairs such as small plumbing furniture moves etc
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:

Must have experience working with hand tools
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
