Your new role
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with payroll processes, and managing data within the SAGE 200 system.
You will also be involved in preparing financial information for the Financial Controller, handling invoice systems, and liaising with franchisees to resolve queries.
Additionally, you will help maintain client records, respond to telephone queries, and support the preparation of reports and management information.
This role offers a diverse range of duties and the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of FCA compliance and internal procedures. What you'll need to succeed
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Packages is essential; Sage experience is desirable.
You should be highly organised, capable of working independently, and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
A flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
