Your new role
As a Launch Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality throughout the launch phase. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality standards, oversee compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Managing quality assurance during new product introduction (NPI) and launch activities
Conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions
Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards
Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Proven experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or product launch environment
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP)
