Quite simply, as their staffs' skills and knowledge have grown their salary has kept pace.

That's why when it comes to hiring a senior paraplanner they're happy to pay what it takes to get the right person. And that means a salary bracket of up to £60,000.

That means not only will you get fair pay for the responsibilities you hold (or will go on to hold). You'll also know that this is a business that takes salary reviews and appraisals seriously. A firm that knows that income is vital to most people so is happy to have those conversations. A company that doesn't keep pushing your request down the line.

As for the job itself you'll be one of two paraplanners providing full paraplanning support to a smaller number of Chartered Financial Planners. You'll work with more than one planner providing variety to the cases you'll oversee and exposure to how different planners work. Given they're dealing with complex financial planning cases, you'll learn a lot too.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

You'll be level 4 qualified and on the way to Chartered if you're not there already.

You will be a career paraplanner who wants an environment where you can get better and better and better.

You'll have 3 years plus experience as a paraplanner.
