Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets.
Carry out cost analysis and value engineering activities.
Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and bid submissions.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure financial accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering industry.
