We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and nurturing long-term client partnerships. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team to expand their market presence and deliver tailored packages that add real value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
Develop a deep understanding of client needs to deliver effective solutions
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings
Travel as and when necessary to events and conferences What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
