Area of work: Covering the CB1 – CB5 Postcodes

Salary: £40,000 per annum + call out required 1 in 4 weeks

Call out rates
" £135 Standby
" £22 per incomplete job
" £22 per complete job

Responsibilities
" Diagnose and repair heating system faults
" Perform annual Gas safety checks (LGSR)
" Provide excellent tenant Service

Requirements
" 4+ years' repair experience
" ACS qualifications (CKR1 + HTR1)
" Clean UK Driving License
" Clean DBS
