? What You’ll Be Doing:
As Account Director, you’ll hold a pivotal leadership role overseeing a major PFI contract, playing a key part in streamlining operations, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring commercial success.

Take full P&L responsibility across a high-value portfolio of FM contracts

Lead and develop the strategic direction of services in line with client expectations
*
Strengthen stakeholder relationships across a complex consortium, including NHS clients
*
Defend and substantiate claims, working closely with legal teams on contract negotiations
*
Drive operational efficiency, risk management, and long-term profitability
*
Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in a highly regulated environment
*
Support business development initiatives and future growth opportunities
✅ What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in FM or outsourced services, ideally within PFI and healthcare environments
*
Strong commercial and financial acumen—comfortable managing multi-million-pound budgets
*
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and diplomacy

A collaborative, inspirational leadership style—able to engage and develop diverse teams
*
Experience leading within matrixed organisations and delivering against strategic goals
