We are looking for a motivated and detail focused Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team for a well established company based in Maldon. This role mainly supports Accounts Receivable, making sure invoices are processed correctly, payments are allocated on time, and customer accounts are kept up to date.

Key tasks include:
• Processing sales invoices
• Allocating customer payments
• Sending statements and resolving queries
• Chasing overdue balances
• Supporting month end reconciliations and reporting
• Providing general admin support across the finance team

You will need strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and confidence working with numbers and systems.

This is a full time, office based role
