Salary: £30,485 - The Hayes (Yeading) position attracts an additional London Weighting Allowance of £4,000 per annum.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the management of contracts ensuring buildings are compliant. The Estate current covers over 400 properties across the UK.
The role holder will undertake site visits regularly to manage the facilities, ensuring that the main buildings are meeting regulations and assisting your colleagues with any challenges they are facing with their facilities.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Undertake site visits to ensure the service provided by the facilities contractor meets the standard set out in the contract specification.
* Ensuring that any sub-standard work is raised in the compliance visit report and escalated through appropriate channels as necessary.

To thrive in this role, you have strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships, with colleagues and external contractors and customers.
You are serviced focused, with the ability to effectively report your findings to colleagues. You have excellent organisation skills and can prioritise your workload, when presented with conflicting deadlines to achieve agreed timescales.
