CNC Operator

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team, operating AXYZ CNC machines, with a strong focus on 3-Axis Flat Bed routing.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident running both machines independently in a small, efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate AXYZ CNC machines, primarily 3-Axis Flat Bed

*

Set up, run, and monitor jobs to ensure quality and accuracy

*

Operate both machines as a single operator

*

Load materials, change tools, and carry out basic machine checks

*

Maintain a clean and safe working area

*

Work to production schedules and quality standards

Requirements

*

Experience operating CNC routers (AXYZ preferred but not essential)

*

Strong experience with 3-Axis Flat Bed machines (essential)

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload across two machines

*

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Reliable and punctual

Salary

*

£12.21 to £13.22 per hour, depending on experience

Working Hours

*

48 hours per week (paid breaks)

Shift options available:

*

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 18:00

*

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
Friday: 06:00 – 14:00
