Are you a motivated, hands-on leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Huntress Recruitment is proud to be supporting a leading UK care home provider in the search for a Call Centre Team Leader based in their Sittingbourne hub.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring families, residents, and staff receive a first-class experience through effective communication and empathetic service.

The Role:

As Team Leader, you will oversee a team of call centre agents, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met while maintaining a supportive and positive working environment. This is a busy and rewarding role, where compassion and efficiency go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and support a team of customer service advisors
Monitor performance, provide regular feedback and conduct 1:1s
Handle escalated calls with professionalism and empathy
Ensure calls and enquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
Support training and onboarding of new staff
Collaborate with management to improve processes and service quality
Uphold the company's values and commitment to exceptional careWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a call/contact centre
Strong people management skills and ability to inspire a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience within healthcare, social care or similar industries is advantageous
