My client are leading supplier of ambient food products, supplying a range of food service providers, convenience retail and catering within the UK.

Main responsibilities:

* Contribute to improving on site quality, conducting GMP audits and product inspections.

* Ensure QMS standards are being aheared to.

* Conduct shelf-life checks, equipment calibrations and laboratory testing.

* Support the handling of customer compliants, investigations and root cause analysis.

* Finished product checks inclduing label verifications and allergen checks.

* Complete traceability exercises and managing traceability schedule.
