A world-leading provider of mobile modular power, temperature control and energy services, is currently looking to hire a Global Head of Product - HVAC/OFA. The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction of critical product lines — driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success globally.
 
The Global Head of Product will:

Define and execute the global product strategy for HVAC and OFA offerings, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and broader business objectives.
Lead the entire product lifecycle—from concept and market analysis to development, launch, and long-term performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, bridging global and regional efforts to bring successful products to market.
Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritising features and improvements based on customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Own the product line budget and drive its commercial success, ensuring strong ROI on all investment decisions.  
The Global Head of Product will have:

Significant experience in defining and delivering product strategy, within the HVAC, OFA or a related sector.
A strong understanding of the full product lifecycle.
Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle—from initial market research to post-launch performance tracking.
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to assess whether to build, buy, or partner based on ROI and customer value.
Experience in a complex, global organisation with the ability to balance local needs with global strategy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels, including executive leadership.
