Location: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset Hours: 6:00am start until finish (approx. 6:00pm) Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Pay: £13.50 per hour (training rate), rising to £15.00 per hour after 12 weeks (permanent placement) Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location

Your Role

As a Farm Operative, you will be involved in:

Assisting with poultry preparation and processing

Handling livestock and supporting daily farm operations

Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently met

Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks

Own transport due to rural location

Previous farm or food production experience is an advantage, but not essential
