We are seeking a detail-oriented Label Operator to join our clients production team. In this role, you will be responsible for printing and verifying labels using DataGuard and Vector software, managing label stock, completing production checks, and supporting quality processes.

This is a key position within the quality and production workflow, requiring accuracy, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Operate in line with established Standard Operating Procedures

*

Print and check labels using DataGuard and Vector systems

*

Conduct daily label production checks and complete documentation

*

Perform label stock counts and manage label ordering

*

Maintain a weekly waste report

*

Ensure all labelling meets customer specifications and compliance requirements

*

Collaborate with production and QA teams to troubleshoot issues

*

Follow all site health, safety, and hygiene procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a production, labelling, or quality-related role (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

*

Good time-management and organisational skills

*

Strong communication skills and a proactive, risk-aware approach to problem-solving

*

Good IT proficiency, including Word and Excel

*

Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures

*

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
