Job Title: Plasterer – Social Housing

Location: West London

Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our responsive repairs and voids team, delivering high-quality plastering services to occupied and void social housing properties across West London.

You will be responsible for completing a range of plastering tasks, including patch repairs, full wall/ceiling plastering, rendering, and skimming, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out internal and external plastering repairs and maintenance.

Work in both tenanted and void properties.

Ensure all work meets current building regulations and health and safety standards.

Maintain professional and respectful communication with tenants and residents.

Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and compliance paperwork.

Requirements:

Proven experience in domestic plastering, ideally within the social housing sector.

NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent).

Full UK Driving Licence – essential.

Good understanding of health & safety requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
