Description
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Manage and organise the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are coordinated effectively.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, and prioritise responses as needed.
Arrange travel plans, including itineraries and accommodation, ensuring smooth logistics.
Support the coordination of team events, meetings, and other organisational activities.
Maintain and update confidential records and files in compliance with company policies.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team as required.
Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.Profile
A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:
Previous experience in a similar PA or administrative role & be able to demonstrate this.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A competitive salary of approximately £36,000 to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
