This is a key hire into the Finance team, supporting the FP&A function to drive commercial decision-making through robust data and operational insight.

This is an ideal role for a commercially minded analyst looking to work across a full P&L with tangible exposure to supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial Analysis

* Analyse sales & margin performance by customer, channel, category & SKU

* Proactive tracking of trends, risks, and opportunities in customer/SKU performance

* Partner with BI to extract, analyse and present data from various internal systems

* Operational Analysis

* Analyse labour variance and cost drivers

* Partner with site managers to deliver cost-saving initiatives

* Investigate stock gains/losses and support root cause analysis

You’ll Need:

* 1+ years' experience in an analytical role (commercial, operations or finance)

* Excellent Excel skills (SQL/Power BI desirable but not essential)

* Strong communicator – able to translate data into actionable insight
