SENIOR EDUCATION RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LIVERPOOL - YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION RECRUITMENT

Tradewind Recruitment Liverpool is expanding, and we're looking for experienced education recruitment consultants to join our growing team.

What we offer:

£35,000-£60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Uncapped commission from day one

Super commission structure for top performers

35 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (43 total days off)

4.5-hour working days during school holidays

What we're looking for:

A minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment

Proven billing success and market knowledge

A collaborative, team-focused attitude
