What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards

Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non-routine defects, both in the workshop and during road tests

Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards

Making the most of our facilities and processes to maximise productivity

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the full satisfaction of our customers

Helping us maintain industry-leading standards in workshop performance

Taking part in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

A full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is preferred but not essential

Key Information

Working Pattern: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays at 1.5x overtime

Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE depending on experience
