Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing garments according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish garments.
Follow patterns and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role.
Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
