Job Title: Roofing Assessor / Tutor – Trainee OR Qualified *Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity*

Salary: up to 45k (depending on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full Time, Permanent We are pleased to offer this role as a Trainee or Qualified position. If you have solid roofing experience and are looking for a new career path, this is a great opportunity to train as an Assessor for Roofing Apprenticeships. Full training and support to gain the required teaching qualifications will be provided. Duties:
Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Roofing (level 2), delivering either: Waterproof and Membrane, Slating and Tiling or Sheeting and Cladding
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Essential Criteria:
Must hold solid occupational competency within Roofing (specifically waterproof, membrane, slating and tiling or Sheeting and Cladding)
Ideally hold (or willing to work towards) a recognised teaching/assessing qualification: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.Personal Skills: 
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
