Salary: £166.32 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Until the end of the academic year
Hours: 8:30am – 3:00pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Maths Teacher to join their committed team. This school fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student is supported to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging and accessible Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD.
Plan differentiated lessons that are tailored to individual learning styles and EHCP targets.
Support students' academic progress through ongoing assessment and constructive feedback.
Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where all pupils feel valued.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and fellow educators to ensure consistent and holistic support for each learner.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Previous experience working within an SEN setting or with students with additional needs is highly desirable.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (or willingness to apply).
Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to complete – training provided free by Teaching Personnel).
Ability to provide two recent, professional references.
Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
