We are looking for highly skilled Composite Inspectors to join a leading motorsport team on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect composite components for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity

* Use a variety of inspection tools including Verniers, micrometers, and laser measurement systems

* Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

* Document inspection results and maintain accurate records

* Identify and report non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis

* Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in composite inspection within F1, motorsport, or aerospace

* Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes

* Ability to work night shifts and weekend days

* Proficient in using precision measuring equipment

* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

* Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001 is a plus
