Location:
• Lovely Lowestoft or Norwich, where the ducks are friendly, and the tea is always brewing. ?

Salary:
• £14.10 - £19.00 per hour (enough to fund your coffee habit and maybe a weekend getaway). ☕?

Working Arrangement:
• Various locations in Central Lowestoft and Norwich (because we believe in the magic of human interaction).

At Buttons Recruitment, we’re thrilled to partner with fantastic clients who need a bit of extra support. Our clients are vulnerable adults who have experienced a lot and need a caring superhero. While experience with challenging behaviour is essential, you’ll also need a compassionate heart and a strong hand.

Role Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience with challenging behaviour (think lion tamer, but with more heart and fewer lions).
• Flexibility: Late nights and night shifts are the name of the game. Early shifts or the occasional sleep-in are delightful plot twists.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English. Captivate or soothe your audience like a human volume dial.
• Team Player: Confident yet open to following the crew’s instructions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch support to adults who may have experienced substance misuse or trauma.
• Assist those currently dealing with substance misuse – like a non-judgmental guardian angel.

Legal Bits and Bobs:
• Must hold an enhanced Adult and Child DBS (your golden ticket).
• Unfortunately, we can’t offer sponsorship for this role – your right to work in the UK must be sorted.
