Are you an ECT due to graduate this year and looking for a permanent teaching role starting in September?

Simply Education is working in partnership with a range of supportive and welcoming secondary schools across Greater Manchester who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Early Career Teachers for permanent roles.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in a school that values development, structured mentoring, and long-term progression.

You will plan and deliver engaging subject specific lessons across KS3 and KS4, support pupils of varying abilities to achieve their full potential, and maintain positive behaviour in line with school policies. You'll work collaboratively with departments and senior leaders while fully engaging with the ECT induction programme and ongoing professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in 2026

Experience teaching within a UK secondary school (placements included)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Passionate, motivated, and committed to making a difference

Professional and reflective approach to teaching
