Lincolnshire | Quantity Surveyor | £45k - £50k + Car / Allowance + Benefits

We’re working with a respected local contractor, known for delivering high-quality new build, refurb and maintenance projects across multiple sectors

With continued growth across the East Midlands, they’re looking to bring in a driven Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team

You’ll take ownership of commercial delivery across a range of building and refurb schemes on a varied workload, working closely with project and site teams

Key duties include:

Managing cost planning, measurement and valuations

Procuring subcontractors and materials

Preparing cost reports, forecasts and budgets

Ensuring projects remain commercially sound from start to finish

Supporting contract administration and financial documentation

About You

Experience as a QS within a main contractor or SME

Strong understanding of cost control, procurement and contracts

Confident communicator and effective negotiator

Organised, analytical and commercially aware

Able to travel to sites across the region
