We’re looking for a proactive CRM Executive to help our client deliver their CRM strategy, boost customer retention, and support audience development across their venues and ticketing brands.
What You’ll Do
Support CRM strategy, Hubspot, across UK regional venues and ticket agent brands
Drive customer loyalty and lifetime value using data-led insights
Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
Coordinate digital activity for UK venues
Deliver personalised, targeted communications (mainly email)
Use customer segmentation to improve targeting and performance
Provide reporting, insights and campaign analysis
Support membership schemes and day-to-day CRM system management
Contribute to wider marketing planning
Help grow marketing revenue, including ad sales
Maintain processes and toolkits for campaign delivery What You’ll Bring
12+ months’ experience using Hubspot CRM system
Strong understanding of personalisation and dynamic content
Excellent attention to detail
Data-driven approach with a test-and-learn mindset
Experience delivering great customer experiences across channels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Collaborative and confident working with multiple teams
