Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency, service excellence, and smooth workflow.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and maintain professional standards.
* Monitor and optimise appointment bookings, client retention, and retail sales.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and product displays to support commercial targets.
* Handle client feedback or service issues promptly to maintain brand reputation and satisfaction.
* Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to attract and retain clients.
* Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and operational outcomes.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in salon or beauty management, ideally within a luxury or high-end environment.
* Proven experience managing a small to medium team within a service-led business.
* Strong understanding of salon operations, retail performance, and client service standards.
* Proficient in appointment booking systems, scheduling, and inventory management.
