Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or looking to gain more classroom experience, we offer flexible work that fits your schedule across a variety of vibrant primary, secondary, and SEN schools.

The Role

As a supply TA with GAC Education, no two days are the same. You will be a vital support system for both teachers and pupils.

General TA: Supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery, managing small group interventions, and fostering a positive learning environment.

*

SEN TA: Providing 1-to-1 or small group support for students with diverse needs, including ADHD, Autism (ASC), SEMH, and physical disabilities.

*

Flexibility: Choose between daily supply, short-term assignments, or long-term placements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience working with children (school settings, youth work, or care).

*

Resilience: A calm, patient, and proactive approach—especially when supporting SEN students.

*

Adaptability: The ability to hit the ground running in different school environments across Bradford.

*

Qualifications: While Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Supporting Teaching is preferred, we value personality and passion above all.

*

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
