Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

They are on the lookout for a talented and driven Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Healthcare team based in Birmingham.

Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clientsSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within Architectural design
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Experience working on projects within the Healthcare sector
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
CIAT registered would be advantageous
Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
