Job Title: Multi-Trade Carpenter
Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:
We're seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Carpenter to carry out carpentry and general maintenance works in social housing properties across Tower Hamlets. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent benefits and career stability.

Key Duties:

1st and 2nd fix carpentry
General repairs: doors, frames, skirting, flooring, etc.
Minor multi-trade works (patch plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, etc.)
Work in both occupied and void properties
Maintain high standards and complete job reporting
Requirements:

Experience in social housing or domestic repairs
Competent in basic multi-trade tasks
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills
