We are currently recruiting for a Private Rented Sector Team Lead to support the Council’s work with private landlords and the wider PRS market.

Role Details

* Role: Private Rented Sector Team Lead

* Location: Field‑based role with hybrid working

* Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (ability to attend meetings across the NNC area)

The Role

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a strong supply of private rented sector accommodation, working closely with private landlords, agents and internal housing teams to support housing outcomes across the district.

Key Requirements

* Strong experience and knowledge in lettings, property management or housing procurement

* Proven track record of working with private landlords

* In‑depth understanding of the Private Rented Sector and tenancy legislation

* Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills

* Ideally, established contacts within the North Northamptonshire Council area, enabling you to hit the ground running and quickly build PRS supply
