Dealer Management Systems Consultant (Aftersales)
This is a unique opportunity within Listers Group, offering a position that is rarely available. The successful candidate will join the Systems Team, focusing on supporting the aftersales aspect of the Dealer Management System (Keyloop Rev8 and Drive) and associated third-party software. This role presents an excellent chance to make a difference to business operations by assisting and supporting staff members to excel in their roles.
A significant portion of the role will be based at various Listers Group Dealerships. There will also be requirements to work from the Head Office located in Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as the training centre in Solihull, whenever necessary.
Role and responsibilities:
First point of contact for DMS and related third-party systems queries and issues, ensuring a resolution in a timely manner.
Training and mentoring new and existing users on the DMS and other related systems (e.g. eDynamix, RTC, etc). Training may be held at the site, at the Listers training centre or via Microsoft Teams.
Maintaining and enforcing group policies and standards.
Implementing the DMS and associated systems into new sites or existing sites.
Maintenance and creation of Aftersales and other related systems, procedural and training documentation.
Daily DMS house-keeping duties.
Carry out aftersales health checks, working with both dealership and Central Aftersales support functions to implement any training or processes required.
Travel throughout all Listers sites (including manufacturer and other third-party companies), and where necessary this may necessitate occasional overnight stays.
Provide out of hours/weekend support in relation to the annual parts stock check, any new company acquisitions and ad hoc projects.
Any other related tasks as required.Required Skills/Experience:
Experience of aftersales processes (service, parts, warranty, workshop) within the automotive retail business is preferred and an understanding of aftersales links to CRM, accounts and vehicle admin.
Knowledge of Keyloop (Kerridge) Aftersales support and implementation in the Rev8 and Drive DMS.
Knowledge of DMS links to manufacturer systems and third-party software.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, be highly motivated with a strong attention to detail and able to prioritise time to meet deadlines.
DMS Repgen report writing ability would be advantageous.
