Our client is a leading UK-based hotel group with a reputation for excellence and innovation and are looking to add a Leaning & Development coordinator to join the HR team and to support the training needs across the whole group.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Learning & Development coordinator role?

Coordinating learning initiatives that strengthen skills and engagement across the organisation

Managing the training calendar, resources, and logistics for learning initiatives including e-learning

Supporting digital tools and systems to track progress and outcomes

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a training or people development role (CIPD 3 preferred but NOT essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, e-learning and reporting tools

A collaborative, proactive, adaptable approach

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience for this full-time role.
