Aspired Talent have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in St Helens - our client offers excellent benefits and a very enjoyable working culture.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 530pm.

This is a pivotal role within the overall organisation, and you will be an integral part of the production and manufacturing facility.

Essential Skills:
• Assembly operations with relevant experience in a similar industry (e.g., hydraulics, industrial hoses, manufacturing)
• Mathematical
• Precise Measuring

• Attention to detail
• Strong mechanical attitude

Desirable Skills:
• FLT Reach Licence

Job Specification:
• Assembly of hoses as per company work instructions.
• Stock Management which would include ensuring that errors, defects, and waste are minimal and continually improved upon.
• Accurate picking of stock as per job cards.
• Maintain effective organisation of material inventories to facilitate efficient use of the space available in the workshop/warehouse/container.
• Maintain assembly equipment and tools to company standards.
• Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied by ensuring that due date are met and that all orders are correct.
• Accurate administration relating to stock usage.
• Always Adhering to company and customer procedures.
• Maintain a hygienic, clean, and professional working environment always.
• Cleaning and packing of hose assemblies and hose kits as per company work instructions.
• Ensuring that all documentation and procedures are STRICTLY adhered to
