A leading Construction company are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to deliver a new build affordable housing scheme in Liverpool consisting of 90 timber frame units.

The company deliver a range of Residential and Commercial schemes across the North West for both public and private sector clients

Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

You will need to have proven experience of successfully delivering new build residential schemes as the lead Site Manager.
