Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Pattern: Full Time

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly face of our client, engaging with customers and providing them with the high-quality service they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring they leave with a smile.
Providing expert advice on skincare and beauty products, showcasing your passion and knowledge.
Handling returns and exchanges with grace and efficiency.
Collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is always visually appealing.
