SEN Primary Teacher

Complete Classroom Services are working with a nurturing and ambitious SEND school in Crawley, they are looking for Primary SEN Teachers to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for passionate and adaptable teachers who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with a wide range of special educational needs.

The Role:

· Teach a small class of primary-aged pupils with diverse and complex needs

· Deliver a creative and differentiated curriculum focused on communication, life skills, and early learning

· Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child

· Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

· Contribute to planning, assessment, and the development of personalised learning plans (EHCPs)

What We’re Looking For:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or EYTS)

· Experience in a SEN or mainstream primary setting

· A creative, flexible approach to teaching and learning

· Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

· A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting pupils with SEND
